BCAA 8:1:1 150 tablets is a dietary supplement of branched-chain amino acids in a balanced 8:1:1 ratio with vitamin B1 and B6.

INGREDIENTS

L-leucine, L-valine; L-isoleucine; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 5 tablets daily with a glass of water or other beverage at your choice 30-40 minutes before training or competition, or immediately afterwards. On days with no sport activity, the product can be taken at any time.
