1. General Information

– All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
– Sales are protected by all rights governing mail-order and electronic transactions.
– Bandini Pharma S.R.L. reserves the right to change selling prices without prior notice. We are not responsible for any pricing errors on our website.

2. Purchase Methods

Purchases can only be made through our online website.

3. Payment Methods

– Credit Card: Using our online shopping platform, you can pay with VISA, VISA Electron, PostePay, Mastercard, Carta Aura, American Express, and Diners.
– PayPal: Using PayPal is simple. Open a free account, confirm your email, and link a payment method to your PayPal account. With PayPal, you don’t need to enter financial details for every purchase or share personal data with the seller.

4. Shipping within Italy

Shipping costs are entered directly into the cart based on the shipping address.
We use the GLS courier service.

5. Shipping outside Italy

Shipments abroad are made in compliance with international and specific conditions of each country. We currently ship outside Italy to the following countries: France, Spain, Canary Islands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Greece, Croatia, Albania, Slovenia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia.

6. Warranty – Terms

All products sold on www.bandini-pharma.com are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

The legal warranty lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be claimed by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect.

Consumers may exercise their rights under the legal warranty by contacting Bandini Pharma S.R.L. directly.

7. Returns

For orders with a fiscal receipt only: You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day of delivery to you or a third party designated by you.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send written notice via mail to:

Upon receiving your explicit withdrawal request, we will promptly send a confirmation via email or mail. In your communication, please specify the items you wish to return and whether you prefer a replacement or refund.

8. Effects of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery options). Refunds will use the same payment method as the original transaction. For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and we will request your IBAN code. Refunds may be delayed until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Direct return costs are your responsibility.

You are liable only for diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or function.

Exclusions under Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005):

Per Article 59, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following items (e.g., custom-made/personalized goods, perishable items with short expiration dates, discounted goods nearing expiration, unsealed perishable products, or goods without intact warranty seals).
