Why does creatine smell?

The presence of a neutral or characteristic odour is a natural property of creatine.
To meet the high demand for creatine supplements, we use several certified suppliers, each with their own raw material. This can result in slight sensory differences between batches, meaning that both the taste and smell may be more or less noticeable.
The odour detected is typical of pure creatine. Some suppliers choose to neutralise it, making it odourless, but this is simply a processing choice that does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
If the creatine did not have a strong odour but then developed one, it may have absorbed moisture after opening. Moisture can cause a change in odour, reducing the masking effect implemented by the supplier, but this does not affect the quality of the product or its intake.

Difference between traditional creatine and Creapure

Creapure® micronised creatine monohydrate is a higher quality form of creatine produced in Germany. Compared to traditional micronised creatine monohydrate, Creapure® has greater solubility, purity and a lower risk of intestinal side effects. It is recognised as the highest quality creatine on the market, which obviously affects the price (it is more expensive due to the additional processes it undergoes).

All our products are naturally gluten-free.
As there are no dedicated lines or environments for processing products containing allergenic substances, the company implements rigorous prevention and sanitisation procedures at the end of each production cycle in order to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
1. Monitoring and identification of raw materials containing allergens
The company implements strict controls on raw materials, with particular attention to the presence of allergens. Specifically:.

It verifies that suppliers clearly identify the presence of any allergens in the products supplied on the label.
 It requests and archives the technical data sheets of all raw materials purchased, including a complete list of ingredients.
 It enters into agreements with suppliers to ensure that any changes in product formulation are communicated in advance.
 It requests certificates of analysis for the presence of allergens, particularly for ingredients considered to be at greater risk or in cases of specific suspicion.

The same control procedures described above also apply to lactose. If a supplement contains lactose, this is explicitly stated on the label among the ingredients, highlighted in bold.

Our capsule products are not soluble and not designed to be opened or dissolved in water.
The capsules should be taken unopened, as the formulation is designed to ensure better absorption and greater bioavailability of the active ingredients when swallowed whole.
Opening the capsule may compromise its effectiveness or tolerability.

Small hole in the Creatine seal

In some creatine jars, you may find a small hole in the seal of guarantee.
This is a safety vent hole, applied by one of our German-certified cap suppliers. This small hole prevents the seal from “exploding” when subjected to stress (thermal or mechanical). We have several suppliers, so when you purchase our creatine products, you may find different seals, with or without a safety hole.

Which BCAAs can I take?

You can choose the BCAA ratio you prefer, based on your training needs and goals.
Our amino acid supplements for pre-, intra- and post-workout phases are caffeine-free and sugar-free (they may contain artificial sweeteners where indicated on the label).
During training sessions, BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) provide energy and are particularly useful when the body is under physical stress. These amino acids help reduce fatigue, promote recovery and stimulate muscle growth.
The BCAA-based products in our catalogue are divided into:

2:1:1 ratio, to be taken pre-workout (before physical activity); we have 150 and 500 tablets, or powder.
4:1:1 ratio, to be taken both pre- and post-workout (before and after physical activity); only available in jars of 150 or 500 tablets.
8:1:1 ratio, best taken post-workout (only after physical activity); available in 150, 200 and 500 tablets, or in powder form.
10:1:1 ratio, even more intense and best for post-workout, available in 150 tablets.

Product quality and safety controls
We work exclusively with qualified and certified suppliers.
Strict quality control protocols are applied during the production process, including:

A sampling plan based on risk analysis (HACCP)
Checks on raw materials and production processes
Specific analyses, including those for heavy metals (such as lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium), which can be carried out on samples or on request during the supplier qualification phase.

Allergens and cross-contamination

Strict control measures are in place to prevent the presence of allergens and cross-contamination.
Each batch is produced according to traceable procedures and in controlled environments to ensure maximum purity and quality.

At present, complete analytical reports (e.g. ICP-MS) are not always included in routine CoAs, but are carried out where necessary or for specific product requirements.

Do you have 18 mg astaxanthin?

Yes, we produce astaxanthin in various formulations, including 18 mg capsules.
Our astaxanthin consists of 360 mg of Haematococcus pluvialis powder standardised to 5% astaxanthin, equivalent to 18 mg of astaxanthin per dose.
It comes from South-East Asia and is extracted from algae cultivated in fresh water.

Why is the astaxanthin powder contained in the capsules orange?

Astaxanthin powder is naturally orange in colour, as it is derived from algae grown in fresh water.
The colour is determined by the fact that it is a powder and not an oleoresin. The powder in our 18 mg capsules is standardised to contain 5% astaxanthin.

Difference between oleoresin and powder astaxanthin

Accepted Answer

Both our 18 mg and 8 mg Pure Astaxanthin formulations are derived from the same microalgae (Haematococcus pluvialis), cultivated in fresh water, but differ in the extraction form of the raw material:

Astaxanthin 18 mg (powder): contains finely ground dried algae powder, standardised to 5% astaxanthin. Each capsule contains 360 mg of powder, equivalent to 18 mg of pure astaxanthin.
 Astaxanthin 8 mg (in oleoresin): contains a lipid extract of the algae, obtained through a more sophisticated extraction process, which allows for a more concentrated and bioavailable form of the active ingredient.

The price difference therefore reflects the different bioavailability and purity of the extract, not just the amount of astaxanthin per capsule.
In terms of stability, both formulations are protected by capsules and appropriate packaging that guarantee their preservation over time, provided they are kept away from light, heat and humidity.
We always recommend seeking the advice of your doctor or a health professional to assess which type of astaxanthin is best suited to your needs.

Question 11

Why are the capsules of the product a different colour from the previous ones I purchased?

Accepted Answer

The variation in colour of the capsules (e.g. from white to yellow) may be due to differences between production batches and capsule suppliers. This does not affect the quality or composition of the product in any way. The colouring agent used is present in minimal concentrations, which means it does not need to be indicated on the label. Furthermore, most capsules are made from HPMC, a plant-based material. You can always check this information on the label.
Therefore, the product can be taken in complete safety, as it complies with regulations and manufacturing standards.

I cannot find the measuring spoon in the powdered supplement I purchased

Accepted Answer

Measuring spoons are included in all our powdered supplement packages, so we recommend checking that it has not become stuck in the powder during transport. However, if it is missing, please let us know and follow the recommended daily dose on the label, which can be weighed with a precision balance or using a teaspoon (which contains 2 to 5 grams) as a measuring unit.

Why don't you provide a precise measuring spoon for creatine?

Accepted Answer

The daily dose of creatine powder is half a scoop.
Precise measuring can be difficult, but scoops are sold in millilitres rather than grams (in fact, the numbers on the scoop are cc/mL). These are therefore standard sizes, while powders have different densities. There are no smaller scoops available on the market that are suitable for our creatine. That is why we recommend filling the scoop halfway, which corresponds to the daily dose. Furthermore, given the high sales volumes, it is very difficult to find creatine with the same density (and therefore that always fills the scoops with powder in the same way). For this reason, we have decided to continue production with this half scoop, even if it may seem strange. For the first few doses, we suggest weighing the creatine with a precision scale if you have difficulty getting the hang of using the spoon.

Difference between carnitine 1000/3000 and acetyl carnitine

Accepted Answer

Let's briefly explain the differences between the various carnitine formulations:

Acetyl L-Carnitine - This is the acetylated form of carnitine. It is absorbed more quickly and has greater bioavailability. It has an antioxidant effect, can support testosterone production and contribute to fat metabolism, making it useful in weight loss programmes. 
It is also suitable for those who do not practise sports.
 Carnitine 1000 - Contains carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) in tablets, each with 1000 mg of active ingredient.
Pros: high dose per tablet.
Cons: the tablets are absorbed slightly less effectively than capsules and contain more excipients.
 Carnitine 3000 - Contains carnitine tartrate (Carnipure®) in capsules, each with 750 mg of active ingredient.
Pros: better absorption than tablets and lower excipient content.
Cons: lower dose per capsule.
Carnitine tartrate is the salt form with tartaric acid: it is particularly suitable for improving muscle recovery, promoting tissue repair, reducing fatigue and increasing physical endurance during sports activities.

In summary:
For sports use: Carnitine Tartrate (1000 or 3000) is recommended.
For general use or metabolic support: Acetyl L-Carnitine is more suitable.

What is the daily dosage of BCAA tablets?

The recommended dose is that indicated on the label, equal to 5 BCAA tablets per day, regardless of the ratio, to be taken preferably during training.
Any changes in dosage should be evaluated with a qualified professional, such as a healthcare professional, nutritionist, or personal trainer.

What percentage of turmeric does your capsule supplement contain?

Accepted Answer

Our supplement contains turmeric powder, which naturally has a curcuminoid content of between 1% and 2% (approximately 10 mg per capsule). The term ‘95%’ does not refer to the curcuminoid content, but to the composition of the turmeric powder used, which consists of 95% turmeric and the remaining 5% of manufacturing excipients required for the formulation (such as the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose in the capsule).  As for piperine, the ‘95%’ indication is indeed correct and refers to the titration of the black pepper extract, from which the 2 mg of piperine present in each capsule is derived.

Is a liquid liposomal supplement better than one in capsules?

Accepted Answer

When it comes to liposomal supplements, the true liposomal formulation is the liquid one. In this form, the liposomes are suspended in the liquid and maintain their structure optimally, promoting the bioavailability typical of liposomal technology.
 Capsule formulations, while containing liposomal ingredients, are generally derived from a powder obtained by drying the liquid formulation. During this process, some of the liposomes may break or lose their integrity. As a result, liposomal performance may differ from that of the liquid form.

From a functional perspective:

the capsule form is certainly more convenient, easy to take and flavourless (useful for those who do not like intense or particular flavours);
the liquid form, while being more consistent with liposomal technology, may be less practical and sometimes have an unpleasant taste.

Do your Ashwagandha supplements have different formulations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have Ashwagandha supplements in tablets and capsules. KSM-66® tablets contain a concentrated, standardised extract, while the capsules contain pure ashwagandha powder in its natural form.
Specifically:

Ashwagandha 180 tablets (KSM-66®), with 150 mg of KSM-66® extract per tablet, in a 10:1 ratio. 
This means that approximately 1500 mg (1.5 g) of non-concentrated ashwagandha root powder is used to obtain 150 mg of concentrated extract.
Ashwagandha 180 Bio capsules and Ashwagandha 60 capsules. In these formulations, each capsule contains 500 mg of non-concentrated ashwagandha root powder.

Is your D-mannose extracted from birch or corn?

Accepted Answer

Our D-mannose capsules are an ideal solution for those suffering from cystitis and are extracted directly from birch bark, considered to be the source of highest quality and purity. Birch D-mannose is generally safe and well tolerated even by those with pollen allergies, as the extraction process removes allergenic protein components. Allergic reactions to pure D-mannose are rare, but it is still not recommended for those who are allergic to the ingredients (in this case, you can opt for the corn extract, although it is considered less pure), during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have severe kidney disease due to the risk of overload, and in cases of diabetes, despite its limited glycaemic impact.  In all these cases, it is advisable to consult your doctor.

Which languages is the information on the label written in?

Our products are intended for a European market, so the labels are usually multilingual and feature information in the main European languages (or at least in English).
Please note that on smaller jars, to ensure good readability, we often use multi-layer labels, which allow us to include information in the main languages even in a limited space.
If you cannot find the language you are looking for on the first layer, simply lift the tab on the bottom right of the label to reveal the information on the layer underneath.

As this is an order placed on Amazon, the entire logistics process is handled by the platform itself. As sellers, we are only responsible for delivering the products in perfect condition to Amazon's warehouses.
All subsequent stages – storage, packaging, shipping, returns and refunds – are handled directly by Amazon through its own system.

To resolve the issue, we recommend contacting Amazon Customer Service, specifying that it is an order handled by Amazon Logistics (FBA), and requesting a return or refund for the product.
Amazon has advised us to inform customers that, in these cases, only they can initiate the procedure, as we as sellers do not have access to the returns area.

When you receive an email with the subject line "Order Confirmed", it means that your order has been processed correctly and we are waiting for the courier to collect it.

I need to make a return. What is the procedure?

To start a return, contact us via the contact form on the contact page by clicking on “I did not find an answer to my question” in the Logistics and shipping section.

Fill in all the required fields, indicating the order number and the reason for the request, and attach clear photos of the received products and, if damaged, of the packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened products, as stated in the terms and conditions of sale.

Once the request has been submitted, we will reply as soon as possible with the procedure to follow.

What happens if the courier is unable to deliver my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email directly from the courier containing a link: using this link, you can immediately choose a collection point near you, allowing you to arrange the delivery in the way that suits you best.
If, however, you have chosen home delivery and the courier is unable to deliver, the following situations may arise:

the courier may make a second delivery attempt;
 alternatively, the parcel may be sent directly to the collection point nearest to your address.

To avoid any problems, we therefore recommend that you use the link received via email as soon as it is available, so that you have full control over the delivery of your order.
