Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and are handled by our couriers GLS or FedEx.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its status at any time.

Available payment methods:

• Credit or debit card
  We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is secure and processed immediately.

• PayPal
  Pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account.

• Bank transfer
  You can choose to pay by bank transfer. Please use your order ID as the payment reference.
  Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into our account.

For greater savings, we recommend combining all desired items into a single order.
We cannot merge two separate orders placed individually. Shipping fees will apply to each order, unless you contact Customer Service to explicitly request a combined shipment.

Delivery is typically made within 4–5 business days from the shipping date.

All packages are appropriately sized and items are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transit.

Note: If the shipping address was entered incorrectly when placing the order, you will need to wait for confirmation from the courier and follow the instructions provided in the notification email in order to request a change of address or pickup point.
