ENERGY EXPRESS is a carbohydrate and electrolyte dietary supplement.
The product is an instant granulate for preparing a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution for use in cases of profuse sweating resulting from intense muscular and athletic activity. In fact, carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise. In addition, these solutions also contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged exercise.

INGREDIENTS
Maltodextrin, fructose, acidifier: citric acid, sodium citrate; flavor; potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride; sweetener: sucralose; coloring: curcumin, paprika extract.
DIRECTIONS
Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of 30 g of product (about 2 small measuring cups) in 500 ml of water (one bottle) and take once a day. During intense exercise, 500 ml of product per hour of activity is recommended, drinking regularly (one sip every 15 minutes or so), taking into account the intensity of exercise and environmental conditions.
