Magnesium Bisglycinate is a food supplement containing magnesium and Vitamins B1, B6 and B12.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and, together with vitamins B1 and B12, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium and vitamin B6 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B6 and B12, together with magnesium, contribute to normal energy metabolism.

INGREDIENTS

Magnesium bisglycinate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, preferably with a meal or as advised by your doctor.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach and sight of children below 3 years old. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product is intended for adults. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
