Fortis Magnesium is a food supplement containing magnesium.

INGREDIENTS

Acidifier: citric acid, magnesium carbonate

DIRECTIONS

Dissolve 2 teaspoons of Fortis magnesium (approximately 4.4 g) in hot water and take 1 a day.
