BCAA 10:1:1 150 tablets is a food supplement of branched-chain amino acids in a balanced 10:1:1 ratio with vitamin B1 and B6.

INGREDIENTS:

L-leucine, L-valine; L-isoleucine; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

DIRECTIONS:

We recommend taking 5 tablets a day with a glass of water or other beverage of your choice 30-40 minutes before training or competition, or immediately afterwards. On days when there is no sporting activity, the product can be taken at any time of the day.

WARNINGS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach and sight of children below 3 years old.
